What stays private
Underwear is a private purchase, so here is the short version first: this site has no accounts, no checkout and no forms. The details follow.
What this site keeps
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when
- Your email address and message, if you choose to write to us
- Nothing else
What it never sees
- Your name, address or phone number
- Payment details of any kind
- What you ordered, in which size, or whether you ordered at all
- Advertising or tracking cookies set by us
| Data | Why | Where it lives | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server logs | Security and keeping the site running | Our hosting provider | A short, rolling period |
| Emails you send us | Answering your question about a product | Our mailbox | Until the thread is closed or you ask us to delete it |
When you press a buy button
You leave this site for our product listing at the partner store. From that point their privacy policy and their cookies apply, including one that may record that the visit came from here.
Children
Our teen line is bought by parents and guardians. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. One email is enough.
