Jacquard is patterned and has three layers in the gusset. Bamboo viscose is plain and thin. Mesh has tiny holes for airflow. The lining idea is the same in all three.

Our mesh listing says it is possible to wear period panties every day if you want the extra protection. Plenty of people do.

A backup works when the lining sits close, so the smaller size is usually the better guess. If you are unsure, write to us with your measurement.
